Before you buy
Fitment is the most common question. Measure your side and rear glass and compare against the panel size of 19.68" × 39.37". If you are unsure, write to us with your vehicle's make, model and year and we will tell you honestly whether it suits.
Orders and shipping
Rates and delivery estimates for your address are calculated at checkout. Every order ships with tracking, issued the moment it leaves us. If you need a firm date before ordering, ask us and we will confirm it for your destination.
Returns
Unused, untrimmed panels can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Panels that have been trimmed, cut or applied cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold — so measure before you cut, and ask us first if you are unsure. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
Faults and damage
If a panel arrives damaged, an order arrives incomplete, or a panel does not switch correctly, we replace or refund it in full within 30 days of delivery and we cover the return shipping. Send us your order number and a photograph and we will deal with it.
Caring for the film
- Clean the film face with a soft microfibre and a mild, ammonia-free glass cleaner.
- Do not use abrasive pads, blades or solvent-based cleaners on the film.
- Do not scrape ice from a window with a panel fitted to the inside face — warm the cabin and let the glass clear.
- Keep seatbelt buckles and hard edges away from the panel edge where the wiring connects.
